This is my next attempt. The caps are each 4700uF. This cut out most of the interference. Only maximum power (900 watts in) causes interference with the PowerTap. Unfortunately, this is enough capacitance to cause arcing at the connector when I apply power. Time to consider passive soft-start methods.
