The torque arm was sufficient to prevent the motor from twisting counter-clockwise (from this view) under load, but the p-clamps weren't sticky enough to keep the whole assembly from sliding forward on the tubing. Notice the cutout in the torque arm for the frame-mount pump (shown in a later photo).
