The Drive from Home to Portland, May 24, 2009 - These photos were taken on a marathon drive from the SF Bay Area to Portland, Oregon, most of it on I-5.
OHPV ePower Challenge, May 2009 - David (my dad) and I travelled to Portland, Oregon over Memorial Day weekend so that I could participate in OHPV's (Oregon Human Powered Vehicles) ePower Challenge at the Portland International Raceway. The main events of the day included looking at the different e-bikes, talking with their builders, and participating in a couple of races. Dad took most of the photos and videos.
The Drive from Portland to Weed, May 26, 2009 - These are highlights of our drive from Portland to Weed.
Castle Crags State Park, May 27, 2009 - Dad and I hiked up the Crags Trail to the base of Castle Dome, then scrambled around on the ridge a bit to enjoy the view from different vantages before heading back down to the car.
