I snapped this before I realized it wasn't Frank.
Frank was behind Stella at this point, but I hadn't seen him on the road. This guy was going to be leading an Adventure Cycling tour in a few days and was warming up with a climb up Tioga Pass after flying out from Virginia the day before.
