With the exception of the first 1/2-mile at the top and the obvious hairpin turns, Eureka Canyon Rd. makes for a very easy and relaxing descent. Here one can get going quite fast, but this tricky turn needs a touch of the brakes, as it is a bit sharper on the other side of the tree than it looks, and the road is often damp and slick.
