Broken power lug, temporary fix.

We discovered in Santa Cruz that one of the power leads to the batteries broke at the lug, probably from fatigue due to the wire being too short from the lug to the Anderson connector.
This temporary fix required two nickels and a dime to keep level the washer under the bolt so that it would hold the stub of the lug.
