We were trying to figure out what animal this was. With the exception of a small patch of hair on the lower right leg, the creature was completely hairless. The head looked like that of a squirrel but for the floppy ears. The teeth suggested some sort of rodent, but there's only a stub of a tail. Perhaps a young jackrabbit?
