After not finding Empire Mine Rd. heading south out of Antioch I found the next best alternate, Deer Valley Rd. The turn I missed was the right turn for Golf Course Rd.
Much of this area has been recently developed making many of the roads unfamiliar to someone who hasn't visited in the last ten years.
