At the left we can see the jagged Shepherd Crest (12015ft, in sunlight), North Peak (12242ft, in shadow), and behind it, the iron oxide on Excelsior Mountain (12446ft), Dunderberg Peak (12374ft) standing by itself in the distance, and the north end of Twenty Lakes Basin and Lundy Canyon at the right.
