Bill finds a pretty meadow with a meandering creek to walk down

When we got to the cleft hill in the distance we veered to the right, following the watercourse down to its confluence with Parker Pass Creek. This route was a more direct return route than we had taken outbound, where we cut straight through the forest from the maintained trail.
