Solder blobs added to each end of original shunts

The overall effect is to decrease the shunt resistance to about 1.2 mOhms. There is still a little bit if roughness at 48 volts nominal supply voltage, low RPM, high load, so a 1 mOhm shunt resistance might be about right. If I end up using 48-volt batteries with this controller I will go in and add a little more solder to the shunt.

At 1.2 mOhms the EB318 template should be used and the numbers entered into the current limit fields should be 0.6 times as large as the actual current limit sought.
