Bill on Whitehouse Canyon Rd. (1310ft)

Some sort of cart with narrow possibly metal wheels had been drawn over this road recently. I could see the dual tracks all along Whitehouse Canyon Rd. I suspect the cart may have carried ballast rock that was dumped on the steep part of Gazos Creek Rd.
