From the left we see the south face of the summit of the ridge. Then in the distance the couplet of Mts. Lyell (11114ft) and McClure (12960ft), Matthes Crest (10918ft) and behind it, the Clark Range, Echo Lake (9356ft), Clouds Rest (9926ft) and the top of Half Dome (8842ft), the Echo Peaks (~11000ft), Mt. Hoffman in the distance (10850ft), lower Cathedral Lake (9288ft) and above it, Tuolumne Peak (10840ft), Cathedral Peak (10971ft), many peaks and domes of northern Yosemite, Tuolumne Meadows (8560ft), and Mt. Conness (12590ft)
