Mt. Conness Summit Panorama, west view

At the left we can see Mt. Hoffman (10850ft) and to the right the Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne River and the domes of northern Yosemite. At the center in the distance is Tower Peak (11755ft). To the right in a spotlight of sun is Whorl Mountain (12033ft), and just in the shadow is Matterhorn Peak (12279ft). Immediately to the right of Matterhorn Peak is the deep cleft of Horse Creek Pass (10680ft).
